About us

Kapman Group NV was founded in 1991 and provides services through its subsidiaries to both private individuals and companies that use a large fleet. Our companies are located in Vilvoorde, Lier, Haacht and Hasselt.


Our group consists of three subgroups, each with its own subsidiaries:

Logo Automotive Services Group or ASG in short.

The companies of the Automotive Services Group, or ASG for short, are all focused on offering professional services to professional customers. With specialization in operational fleet management, damage advice and driver services.


ASG's offices are located in Vilvoorde, where we have approximately 57,000 m² of buildings and grounds and storage capacity for approximately 2000 vehicles. The service is provided by a team of 45 permanent employees and 40 freelance drivers.

Logo Caribel

Caribel is the partner for your car. Repairing your car requires the correct and professional approach. The Caribel group is part of the ABS network and is recognized by numerous insurance companies, but is also a loyal partner of Eurogarant, Touring, etc. We are also specialized in innovative repair techniques, such as PDR, Smart and Spot repair.

Logo Valck Group

Valck group is a “one-stop shop”. This means that we want to assist you in everything that has to do with your car. The group was initially known for selling new cars of the brand Toyota and second hand cars of all makes.


Over the years we expanded to add services, so that we now stand for our customers with the following services:
